We combine investments in B2C online businesses to make an attractive portfolio. Being a subsidiary company of the Holtzbrinck publishing group, we consider the investment strategic and are not in pursuit of an exit.

Primarily, we are looking for shares in European companies who are engaged in the branches e-commerce, online portals, online classifieds, online subscription and e-travel. However, each profitable B2C Internet company with a good market position is interesting for us.

With the companies PARSHIP, bol.com (Exit), buecher.de, meinestadt, studiVZ, myphotobook, Abacho, TopTarif, Money.pl and Habostorta, we have an attractive portfolio with a total turnover of almost 400 million € in 2008.
