The von Holtzbrinck publishing group is an investor with allesklar.com since early 2006. The company operates Internet portals with large coverage that play an important role for search engines in Germany. The most important are meinestadt.de the leading local search portal for all 12,241 German towns, and allesklar.de, Germany’s largest web catalogue.
In August 2008, allesklar.com acquired the majority share in the dating platform Dating Cafe. With allesklar media, it operates a tertiary marketer.
