With many years experience as a lawyer, Andreas joined Holtzbrinck Ventures in January 2006. Within the firm, he is responsible for all legal matters, from the investment agreement and general corporate matters to the trade sale.
Prior to joining the firm, Andreas worked as attorney (Rechtsanwalt) with a major Swedish law firm in Berlin. There he advised in the areas of cross border mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. He later specialized in Venture Capital transactions.
He also worked for a period of time in Stockholm, where he advised Nordic clients on Venture Capital and related matters. During 2004, Andreas spent some time during secondment in a Major Finnish Law Firm in Helsinki. He also published articles on recent developments in the Venture Capital industry.
Andreas speaks English, Swedish and French.
Education: legal studies in Trier, Uppsala (Sweden), Berlin and Heidelberg.
